Champlain, U.S. Land Port of Entry – 2010

The U.S. Port of Entry project at Champlain involved a phased construction of a new passenger vehicle processing facility and associated site improvements. The construction of this project took place directly adjacent to the existing I-87 Champlain Port of Entry location which was in operation 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

The new building structures on the Champlain LPOE include a Vet Services Building, Export Building, Target Enforcement Building, Secondary Inspection Garage and Administration Building totaling 4,396 SM (47,028 SF) with an additional 4,080 SM (43,920 SF) of solid steel canopy for the Secondary, Primary and Export areas.
